Dental Implant Estimate

How much does an implant-supported denture cost?

Billed under CDT D6114, D6115. Compiled by Kindred Works LLC editorial.

National cost

We publish no price for this yet.

Not because it is free, and not because it is unknowable, but because none of the sources we have read publishes a figure against this specific procedure. Rather than derive one and present it as a published price, this page says what we looked for and what would let us publish. The detail is in the note below.

What is included

A denture for one whole arch that clips onto implants rather than resting on the gum.

What is not

The implants it attaches to are placed and billed separately.

The billing codes

D6114 implant/abutment-supported removable denture for edentulous maxillary arch, D6115 the mandibular equivalent.

Why the number varies

Removable, unlike a fixed full-arch bridge. Usually the cheaper of the two full-arch routes, and often confused with it in quotes. NOT PRICED per arch. The nearest published figure we have read, cited below, is $3,976 on average ($3,055 to $7,294) for hybrid dentures, but that is quoted PER IMPLANT, not per arch, and the number of implants per arch varies. Multiplying it out would produce a number nobody published, so this stays blank until a per-arch fee schedule is in hand.

Costs in your state

No state index is published yet. A state gets a page once at least 3 individually sourced figures back it, and none has reached that bar, so the figure above is national. See the methodology for how states get built.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an implant denture and all-on-4?

An implant-supported denture snaps on and comes out for cleaning. A fixed full-arch bridge, which is what all-on-4 usually refers to, is screwed down and only a dentist removes it.
